Nandini Choudhury

Nandini Choudhury (NC) is a pioneer in the field of neo-meditation, guiding individuals toward inner peace in a world burdened by stress. A stress-management expert and meditation mentor, NC’s years of research on the human spirit and meditation have helped thousands worldwide find balance, healing, and self-growth.

A loving mother and an avid classical dancer, Nandini’s lifelong engagement with rhythm and grace inspired her to evolve meditation into movement, giving rise to her unique philosophy of Movement Meditation — where awareness breathes through motion, and healing unfolds through embodied expression.

She does not believe in chasing a “perfect character.” Instead, she celebrates the philosophy that “a perfectly imperfect human can live a deeply happy life.” This belief forms the heart of her teachings, reminding seekers that acceptance is the first step to inner liberation.

She has collaborated with leading names across corporate, sports, art, academia, and spiritual domains, and has served as a consultant for actors and directors in both stage and screen, conducting meditative and stress-management sessions that enhance clarity, balance, and emotional freedom.

Through her initiative MediNdi, NC offers both online and offline guidance in meditation, movement-based healing, and emotional well-being. She also leads Atpoure Ramdhanu, a compassionate community dedicated to social welfare, inclusivity, mindful living, and self-nurture through donation drives and empathetic outreach projects.

As the anchor of Taaza TV’s Humari Nandini, she has addressed socio-emotional concerns with warmth and insight, inspiring transformation in countless lives. Her perspectives have been featured on multiple national and international media platforms.

Her tireless dedication to human upliftment has earned her numerous honors, including the Shrepreneur Award, the Nari Tujhe Salam Award, and the Sushma Swaraj Award for leadership in meditation mentorship.

For Nandini Choudhury, meditation is not an escape —
it is the art of coming home to one’s truest self,
in stillness, in movement, and in our beautiful imperfection.
